• Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure they meet their performance targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Manager or similar role
• Proven track record of success in leading and developing teams
• Strong knowledge of financial services and banking industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Certification in Project Management or related field is a plus
