Rejeki Oka Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Deputy Staff Kitchen to join our team. We are a vibrant and popular restaurant located in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta, known for our delicious Indonesian cuisine and warm hospitality. As a Deputy Staff Kitchen, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

We offer a competitive salary of Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 3.000.000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Assist in stock control and inventory management.
  • Help with food costing and budgeting.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
  • Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.
  • Perform other duties as required.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
