📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist educators with daily classroom activities and lesson planning
• Support children in their learning and development through play-based activities
• Help maintain a safe and clean learning environment
• Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and communication with parents
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
• Contribute to the implementation of the centre's educational philosophy and curriculum
• Assist with special events and activities organized by the centre
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest standards of care and education

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a relevant education program or have a degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children or in a childcare setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and with children of various ages and backgrounds
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
