In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and advertisements.,Support the HR team in the onboarding process for new hires.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
