📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain PeopleSoft HR and Financial Management modules.
• Conduct system analysis and provide technical support to ensure smooth operation of PeopleSoft applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
• Customize and configure PeopleSoft modules to meet specific business needs.
• Perform data migration, testing, and validation to ensure data integrity and system performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and utilization.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft developments and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Consultant.
• Certification in PeopleSoft HRMS or Financial Management modules is a plus.
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, workflow, and customization techniques.
• Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and PeopleCode.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
