PT Maju Bersama Gemilang is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will work on a shift basis to meet the company's production targets and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that targets are met in a timely manner.,Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and machinery to identify any issues or areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Maintain a high level of quality control by conducting regular checks and ensuring that all products meet the required standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that can enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.,Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing waste.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.,Ability to work on a shift basis, including nights and weekends, as required.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different production sites as needed.
