📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the requirements for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather information and feedback during the hiring process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
