📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the security of the premises, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Work closely with other departments to ensure the implementation of security protocols and procedures.,Respond to security incidents and emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.,Maintain and update security records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.,Provide security training and awareness programs for employees and visitors.,Collaborate with third-party security providers, if applicable, to ensure comprehensive security coverage.,Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with a focus on physical security.,Strong knowledge of security regulations, laws, and standards relevant to the industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of security personnel.,Familiarity with access control systems, surveillance equipment, and emergency response procedures.,Valid security clearance and any required certifications (e.g., SIA license, first aid certification).,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
