Fast Seed Sejahtera is looking for an Assistant Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Binjai. This role is crucial in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all sales targets and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.,Train and develop store staff to improve performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive store environment.,Oversee the organization and maintenance of the store, including displays and cleanliness.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Participate in store meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
