OMEGA Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.,Provide regular client updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build and strengthen client relationships.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
