In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing statistical analysis to support research findings. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate clinical research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and timelines.
• Provide statistical analysis and data-driven insights to support research findings and decision-making.
• Collaborate with researchers, biostatisticians, and data analysts to ensure the quality and integrity of research data.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for research activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on research project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.
• Participate in research meetings, conferences, and workshops to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Provide training and support to research staff on research methodologies, data management, and statistical analysis.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of research data, in compliance with data protection regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, biostatistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of statistical software such as SAS, R, or SPSS, and familiarity with clinical research data management systems like REDCap or ClinicalTrials.gov.
• Certification in clinical research methodologies (e.g., CRA – Certified Research Associate) is a plus.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating clinical research projects, with a track record of successful project completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
