Nest Bit Lestari is looking for a dedicated Assistant Waitress to join our team. As an Assistant Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and assisting the head waitress in managing the restaurant's operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide a warm welcome.,Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen.,Ensure tables are set and cleared promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Assist in managing the cash register and handling transactions.,Provide food and beverage recommendations to customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally.,Assist the head waitress in training new staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality role.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and menu items.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Fluency in Indonesian language.
