As a Ceramic Sales Representative, you will work closely with our sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets. You will visit various ceramic retailers, wholesalers, and contractors in the Sukabumi region to demonstrate our products, provide technical support, and negotiate contracts. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including ceramic retailers, wholesalers, and contractors.
• Visit and demonstrate our ceramic products to potential clients in the Sukabumi region.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients on product selection and usage.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales strategies are effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ceramic or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the ceramic industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
