📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects using industry-standard software.
Prepare and submit bids for construction projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and schedules to determine material and labor requirements.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective and feasible construction solutions.
Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports to project managers and clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and cost-saving strategies to optimize project profitability.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all construction sites.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Blue Beam, Estimating Master, or CostX.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
