📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and service.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Manage and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Control food costs and inventory.,Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff.,Participate in the planning and budgeting process for the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.,Experience in menu development and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well in a team environment.
