📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production.,Develop and implement food safety and quality control procedures.,Lead and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Create and maintain recipes and menus that meet customer expectations and company standards.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Monitor inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies for food production.,Participate in cost control measures to ensure profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in the food industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety, quality control, and hygiene standards.,Ability to create and maintain recipes and menus that meet customer expectations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and procurement.,Understanding of cost control measures and their impact on profitability.
