As Head of Department Human Capital, you'll spearhead strategic workforce initiatives that align talent development with organizational growth objectives. You'll architect a human capital strategy that fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in Jakarta Pusat.

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the entire human capital function, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations. You'll leverage your deep understanding of HR best practices and your ability to drive change to create a high-performance workforce that propels Kanaan Global School to new heights.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive human capital strategy that supports organizational goals and fosters employee growth.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
• Design and deliver training and development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Establish and manage performance management systems to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align human capital initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in human capital management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in human capital management, with a strong track record in strategic workforce initiatives.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR software such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
• Certification in SHRM-SCP or HRCI-PHR is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
