📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administering employee benefits and payroll processes.,Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
