📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve company performance.,Lead a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and mentorship.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.,Monitor cash flow and budgeting processes.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in accounting and financial management.,Professional certification in accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
