📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging online public speaking courses using platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.
• Conduct live webinars and workshops to teach persuasive communication techniques.

• Create and share high-quality content using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop and implement assessment methods to measure student progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with the Elite Orators Academy team to continuously improve course materials and teaching methods.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in public speaking and communication.
• Build and maintain a strong online community of learners and educators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching public speaking or communication skills.
• Certification in public speaking or communication (e.g., Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), Toastmasters International membership).
• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience in creating and sharing engaging content using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
