📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts.,Create new and innovative pastry recipes to keep our menu exciting and fresh.,Ensure that all pastries are of the highest quality and meet our standards.,Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate pastry production and inventory.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety guidelines.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control for pastry ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food handler's permit or ability to obtain one.
