📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage patient schedules and appointments using Epic Systems and other healthcare software.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless endoscopy and operating theater services.
- Assist in patient registration and admission processes.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Support the healthcare team in preparing for patient procedures.
- Assist in the management of patient billing and insurance claims.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role.
- Proven experience with Epic Systems or similar healthcare software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Healthcare Administration (preferred but not required).
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
