🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

PhD in Genomics, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.,Proven experience in cancer genome reconstruction or a related area of research.,Strong computational skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Perl.,Experience with bioinformatics tools and platforms, such as Galaxy, Bioconductor, and Nextflow.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with single-cell sequencing and spatial genomics techniques is a plus.,Familiarity with cancer genomics databases and resources, such as TCGA, ICGC, and COSMIC.
