📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients,Develop and implement business development strategies and plans,Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors,Monitor and analyze business performance and market trends,Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities and results,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field,Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities,Strong knowledge of the logistics and delivery industry,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant business software,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
