📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct inquiries about the company, its products, and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing the reception area.,Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a must.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.,Friendly and approachable demeanor with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
