Leaf Gate Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the tax compliance and planning activities of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and file tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes, VAT, and other relevant taxes.,Conduct tax audits and investigations to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Provide tax advice and guidance to employees and management on tax-related matters.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company's tax practices are up-to-date.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions and communications.,Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient tax operations.,Provide regular tax reports and analyses to management and board members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning, preferably in an Indonesian context.,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including corporate and personal income taxes, VAT, and other relevant taxes.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve tax-related issues.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.,Certification in tax accounting or a related field is a plus.
