📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain relationships with SMEs to understand their financial needs and provide tailored loan solutions.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the company's market share.,Monitor and manage the loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing defaults.,Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.,Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of SME relationships and loan performance.,Attend industry events and networking sessions to stay updated on market trends and best practices.,Provide training and support to junior staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.,Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with SMEs.,Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly loans.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
