As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales associates to ensure the smooth operation of our stores and the achievement of sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales associates to ensure the smooth operation of the store.,Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.,Train and develop sales associates to improve their performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the store meets the needs of customers.,Participate in store promotions and special events to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of the store.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.,Familiarity with store operations and procedures.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
