Jakarta Aesthetic Consultant is looking for a Senior Vice President of HRD Recruitment & Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of recruitment and HR operations, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain top talent. This is a crucial position that will play a significant role in the growth and success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to the company's success.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to help them grow and develop.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.,Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related issues and find solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment and HR operations.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
