📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Assist in creating training materials and user guides,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Good understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Fluency in English, both written and spoken

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareConfluenceor similar)Markdown or other lightweight markup languagesBasic knowledge of software development conceptsExperience with Agile or other project management methodologiesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paceddynamic environment
