Cashier (Finance Department)

As a Cashier, you'll be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll work with our in-house accounting software, QuickBooks, and our customer relationship management system, Salesforce, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash and non-cash payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
• Issue receipts and invoices, and maintain records of all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the Finance Manager.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial transaction processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a financial environment.
• Proven ability to handle cash and financial transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Indonesian banking and financial regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
