📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead the financial analysis and reporting processes, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Manage the company's accounting and financial systems, including SAP or similar software.
• Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a senior executive role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in CPA, CFA, or similar is a plus.
