As a Cashier, you'll be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll work with our in-house accounting software, QuickBooks, and our customer relationship management system, Salesforce, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and verify financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash and non-cash payments, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
Issue receipts and invoices, and maintain records of all financial transactions.
Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the Finance Manager.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial transaction processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a financial environment.
Proven ability to handle cash and financial transactions with accuracy and integrity.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Salesforce.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Indonesian banking and financial regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
