📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the daily operations of cold storage facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and update inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption to reduce operational costs.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of cold storage equipment.
- Manage and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for inventory replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, energy usage, and operational performance.
- Train and mentor junior staff on cold storage operations and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cold storage operations or a related role.
- Certification in Food Safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
- Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with energy management systems and best practices.
