📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate client inquiries and support requests using Salesforce and Slack.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Track and report on client interactions, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Assist in developing and implementing client support processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and client support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve client issues.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce and Slack, or willingness to learn these tools quickly.
• Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.
