📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage key accounts and business relationships with Chinese clients and partners.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and logistics.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand market share.
• Provide bilingual support to the team, facilitating communication between Chinese and Indonesian stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.
• Attend and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build business connections.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade, business development, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written) and fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of the Chinese market and business culture.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
