📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Inspect and maintain gas station facilities to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and record findings in the maintenance management system.
• Collaborate with the team to implement solutions and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP or similar.
• Valid certifications in electrical safety, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
