📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently using our in-house pharmacy management system.
• Provide customers with accurate and professional information about medications and healthcare products.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Stock and organize pharmacy shelves, ensuring proper inventory management.
• Participate in store promotions and events to enhance customer engagement.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of medications as required.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical trends and regulations to provide the best possible service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a focus on pharmacy or healthcare.
• 1-3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting, either as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian pharmacy regulations and guidelines.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with using pharmacy management software such as Apotek Online, Apotek K24, or similar systems.
• Commitment to maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety in the workplace.
