In this role, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, demonstrating our products or services, and addressing their needs and objections. You'll use our CRM system, Salesforce, to track interactions and manage leads effectively. This is a full-time, onsite position in Canggu, Badung, Bali, offering a competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 8,000,000 per month.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales.
- Demonstrate products or services to address client needs and objections.
- Track and manage leads using Salesforce CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telemarketing or sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
